WINTER BLESSINGS SKATE is painted a creamy white on top of mica covered batting for plenty of sparkle!Skate is embellished with tulle lace, rhinestones, forget me nots, & German glass glitter.
4" in diameter. Blue seam binding ribbon hanger.
