Midnight.. A handmade lampwork bead by Josephine Wadman SRA
Description
A bead made from reactive silvered glass, rolled in silver foil and decorated with stacked dots of ivory and reactive Triton in midnight blue encased in raised dots of clear.The bead was made on a 3/32 mandrel and is approximately 17mm in diameter not including the raised dots.
All my beads are handmade in my studio in Somerset. The glass is worked in the flame to create the bead which is then kiln annealled to give strength and durability.
