Organic Old Bay Seasoning - Spices
Description
Old Bay seasoning is a traditional favorite of Maryland and sold world wide. This is an approximation of that old recipe and is the perfect seasoning for fish, seafood and for the traditional turkey at Thanksgiving.The Bay Leaves used are my own plants and ground. Because they are whole leaves used, there will be some large leaf pieces in the mix. In addition, the spices used from organic co-op stores are purchased whole. They were ground at time of this recipe.
Bay Leaves, celery seed, sea salt, mustard, ginger (root), black and white peppers, paprika, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, mace, cardamom, red pepper flakes.
Packaged in 2 oz glass flip top jars.
