Black Rutilated Quartz Faceted Marquise Sterling Silver Earrings

Unique earrings for your unique style. These black rutilated quartz faceted marquise stones are very unusual. I have wrapped them in sterling silver wire and attached them to my handcrafted swirled sterling silver earwires. They measure approximately 1 5/8" (4.1cm) from the tops of the earwires and will come with ear huggers to hold them securely in place.

I am fascinated by rutilated quartz. I prefer the black needle variety as my wardrobe mostly consists of black and this makes for great everyday wear without much thought. If you are like me, and black is a staple in your closet, you may consider adding a few rutilated quartz pieces.

I find it mysterious and mesmerizing with its black needles running throughout the clear crystal and wonder how it got there, each needle so perfectly straight. It is said to have a high energy charge and helps get energy moving on all levels.
