Crochet Pattern -- Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed

My sons love the song "Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed" because it is fun. I love it because it is educational and teaches them how to count backwards. I decided to make this pattern to help them visualize counting backwards and it makes the song even more fun to sing :)

This pattern includes instructions for:
-- 5 little monkeys: each is approx. 3.75" tall;
-- mama monkey: approx. 3.75" tall;
-- doctor monkey: approx. 3.75" tall; and
-- a bed: 5.5" wide, 8" long and headboard is 4.5" tall.

To complete this project you will need to know how to make a double loop start (tutorial included), make a chain, single crochet in the round, half double crochet and increase and decrease stitches.
