Carousel Series

DH and I were bouncing ideas off of each other for naming this series of charms....and I got side-tracked talking about the Carousel that I used to ride on when I was a little girl. I remember the excitement of getting strapped onto one of the elaborately gilded horses and riding round and round....and when I got older, being able to sit on one of the outside horses (and having a chance to grab the brass ring, which meant a free ride!!) This series is in honor of the countless riders on that carousel, both past and present, and the excitement they experience(d).

This is a copper charm that I’ve etched on both sides and patinaed for an Olde World look. It measures approximately 22mm in diameter, about 7/8 inch. I’ve added an oval brass jump ring so that it is ready to use right out of the package.

Maybe you already have a favorite pendant that you wear a lot? Maybe you are in a creative mood and are working on making a new piece? This would be a perfect add-on! It would also look great by itself as a pendant on a chain. This charm has been etched on both sides so that no matter how it is hanging from your chain (or whatever you choose to put this on), there's a pretty design to look at!

All of my pieces are created by me in my little studio in New England.

I try to use pictures from various angles that are true to color, but monitors vary. These were photographed indoors using daylight bulbs.

The picture of my packaging is a sampling of what your necklace might arrive in. Since these are handstamped by me, if you'd like a different object than the key, please let me know in the Notes to Seller. I've also done these up with a pocketwatch and bird in a cage.
