Airship Gala SteamPunk Necklace amethyst

NewIndustries recently unveiled their new corporate executive airship with a gala inaugural flight. Superbly engineered and crafted the vessel is said to be the most luxurious in the sky. Guests at the gala included not only the elite of the NewIndustries corporate executives, but also prominent artists, performers, politicians and aviators. All were treated to the finest Champaign and to culinary delights too delectable for words. Music was performed by the most extraordinary musicians on the continent. And, to make the evening extra memorable, all of the ladies aboard were presented with a commemorative necklace. The necklaces are all very similar, but each has unique details.

This one of a kind hand crafted necklace. All of the parts of this necklace were hand made by the artist (excluding the chain, clasp & crystals). You may have seen other pieces listed by me with the same title and description; however, rest assured, each piece is individually hand made and unique. Some of the differences are the smoke stacks - which always vary from necklace to necklace - the chain used, the stone colors and other small details that go into every piece.

It is made from brass, pewter, nickel silver, amethyst crystals, brass chain & clasp. My signature is on the back. The design measures approx 1 1/8 inch (2.8 cm) wide x 1 5/8 inch (4.3 cm) tall. The chain is aprox 16 inches long. I can make the chain longer or shorter. Convo me BEFORE you purchase if you need a different length.

For those who are interested in these sorts of things; I made this necklace from 15 different pieces of metal* and used 16 different soldering operations to put it together. Note the antique style milgrain details.

*Each length of chain is counted as one piece (individual links NOT counted).
