This item comes with a pre-drilled 9"h x 11"w tin, which is plain metal; (see 2nd photo for another view). This item comes to you un-assembled, but it's easy to apply, and I'd be happy to help in any way possible.

Holes will be pre-drilled for your addition of ribbon.

The tin DOES NOT need to be painted, we do NOT recommend painting the tin as the paint may flake and the vinyl may not stick or come off.
