The crocheted sack and hat are made using soft acrylic yarn, which makes it comfy for baby but easy care for mom and dad.
And because it's crocheted there's a bit of growing room in both...a good thing as it makes it easier if giving as a shower gift before the little one arrives.
Designed for babies five to about 10 pounds, the cocoon can be used as a gift bag or holiday decoration when the little one outgrows it...
The design was based on a pattern by capecodconsignments http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=33057764
and the hat was a mix of this and that making for a comfy headband and easy to wear cap with a safe "pompom" idea.
The set can be made in burgundy as well, as shown in the last photo...
If you prefer YOU can make this ensemble yourself using the pattern which I also sell.
