Description

This comfy-to-wear solid copper cuff is lightweight and can be molded to your wrist for just the right fit. I start with forging the copper with one of my special hammers. Then, depending upon my whim, the edge is turned over a bit, rolled over and flattened or rolled and left rounded. So there is no scratchiness next to your skin, I file and sand the edges and corners smooth. For those luscious oranges, reds, and purple reds, I use my jeweler’s torch to add a heat patina. This one also has a little black here and there. This is permanent coloration to the metal. There is no paint or color to flake off over time. Each cuff is unique as the heat colors each piece in different shades across the metal. For a pleasant shine, I wax the finish. Over time, the wax will wear and your skin oils will provide a wonderful shine. This is a cuff made to be worn and loved.

The cuff pictured is a small and will fit small boned women. It is about 1 1/8 inches wide.
