OctoPussy Cthulhu Steampunk Necklace

Description

This steampunk necklace began when I saw how the cat's head would fit the octopus body. It's firmly riveted on. Behind the cat's head is a beautifully engraved back plate from a long-defunct antique watch that is engraved "15 jewels" along with a serial #. Gorgeous red-to-black ombre wings were also riveted in place. A floral filigree was next with fishing gear and Czech crystals as dangles. The beautiful 18" vintage chain is threaded through a watch gear so the necklace has maximum movement. Centerpiece measure 5" across the wingspan and 4.5" from gear to bottom of dangles. I am a trained, if somewhat feline, silversmith and have built this piece to last.
