Elegant torc , modern design inspired by the metalsmiths of old Europe. This piece is made of a metal called aluminum/bronze. Its the durable alloy used to make the "gold" coins used in many countries today. It is used for coins because of its durability and tarnish resistance.

I became aware of its potential on a trip to Bali, the local jewelers use Australian dollar coins, which are made of this same metal, to make all manner of jewelery. They call it "Bali Gold"

This design springs open and can be worn either open or clipped closed as shown.
Aluminum/bronze is an alloy of copper, aluminum and small amounts of other metals, there is NO GOLD in this item.
