NEROLI - Hot Process Handmade Soap with Shea Butter and Hemp Oil

Neroli, ahhh! One of my most favorite scents in the world!

Originating as tiny white blossoms on the bitter orange tree, they fill the air with a spicy-sweet floral aroma that is nothing short of heavenly! When used in aromatherapy, Neroli is considered to have a soothing effect on the nervous system. I will add that, for me, this is quite true. I keep a solid perfume of this scent in my purse, and, I sniff it habitually all day long (TMI, but, it is true)! I've used a blending of neroli essential oil and fragrance oil. The fragrance oil is amazingly close to the actual essential oil, so, this pleases me very much. I chose to blend the two because the essential oil is very, very, pricey (worth it, though), but, that cost would ultimately be transferred to the cost of the soap, and, I try to keep things reasonable when I can. I think if you are a fan of neroli you won't be disappointed with this soap.

The light yellow coloring is the natural color of the soap from the oils that I used to make it. I did add a touch of while kaolin clay to make it extra creamy : )

Ingredients: Saponified oils of olive, coconut, palm, grapeseed, shea butter, hemp, corn, castor, sunflower, rice bran, and, soy. Also, sodium hydroxide (lye), distilled water, fragrance oil, essential oil, and, white kaolin clay.

Each bar is handcut and weighs approximately 5.5 oz. each.
