~About this journal~
This is a large (5.25 x 8.25 in) leather refillable moleskine-sized journal cover with an authentic suede tie closure. It is equipped with a new genuine hard-cover lined Moleskine notebook ($18 value; 240 pages).

All our leather covers are entirely handmade. The leather sides are hand-picked and then stamped using a dying Argentine artform called “cincelado." The stamps used for this journal are a combination of hand-cut Argentine stamps and U.S.-cut stamps. Our covers are then hand-dyed, stained, and finally hand-stitched with long-lasting waxed threads.

~About the Refill~
This large book cover is designed to fit all selections of Moleskine Hardcover Large Notebooks, including sketchbooks, ruled journals, and squared journals. Moleskine is one of the world's most famous journals/notebooks, and can be found at art stores, Barnes&Noble, Borders, etc. This cover also fits Pen and Ink (found at art suppliers), Handbook Artist (also found at art suppliers), Markings (found at Target), as well as many other moleskine-sized journals. So although the leather cover can't be found anywhere else in the world, the refills are extremely easy to come by.

~About the Name~
This design is named after one of the most widely traveled sojourners in classic literature, Phileas Fogg, of Jules Verne's "Around the World in Eighty Days" (1873).
