This Japanese hand-bound book is made for mailing! It is full of thoughtful details, beautiful vintage and recycled papers and even has a pocket in the back for sending a little something extra. Originally, I designed this book as a love letter that also held a mix CD. You can include pictures, notes, and a small gift, like a necklace.

So this is a book, and letter, stationary set and package all in one. The pages are to be filled in with your words and drawings, or whatever you’d like, and then sealed and mailed, or even given as gift or card.

This batch is extra special. I used some of my favorite old dictionary paper and added more pages. I picked imagery that matches this winter/fall season and themes of gifting and thanks. I'm also included some secret additions in your package as a thank you!

The “book” has flaps that are fold over the papers to seal it up like an envelope. Seal the flaps with a sticker or better yet some sealing wax. If mailing, write the address on the opposite blank side. The flaps can be easily removed, which leaves you with a lovely little book to enjoy forever!

Each book is unique, so I’ve included an image of all the books showing the illustrated page, front and back sides. Remember, you can click on the image twice to enlarge it to its full size. The books are numbered, so choose which one you’d like from the available list below and let me know in the "notes to seller" at checkout.

I’ve sent a couple of these through the mail and depending on what you add postage costs will vary, but no doubt each recipient will feel very special.
