Description
This Tutu is 5 layers of soft shiny tulle hand gathered above one layer of blue nylon netting (the thicker, poofier tulle) to give the tutu more of a straight out/ballerina shape.The Tutu itself has a covered elastic waistband on the short underskirt so no worries about having to find matching bootie shorts or frilly panties!
Measurements:
Waist: 28"- 35"
Hip: 34" - 42"
