they have an elasticated waistband, are elasticated at the knee, and edged in pretty lace (also in the colour of your choice! i have a wide variety of colours in stock, including black / white / cream / dark raspberry red / baby pink / lilac / dark purple)
on the derriere are gathered ruffles edged in lace, for a bustle-like effect!
