Knotted Gnome Hat

Description

This is the 2nd model in my gnome hat series. It's knotted in the tail, and can also be worn inside out (see the last pic). It's made of blue and green strips of cotton tricot; the inside is made of only blue strips of tricot.
One size fits all.
