From my original series of Nature Mandalas® fine art prints.

Mandalas are a beautiful way to bring harmony to a room and the beauty of nature indoors. All of my mandalas are created from my original photographs of the Maine natural landscape, and manipulated in Photoshop into the mandala shape. I have created over 1000 nature mandalas over the last several years.

• Printed with archival pigment inks onto archival matte paper.
• Matted with white 4-ply archival buffered cotton rag mattboard
• Backed with archival foam board.
• Signed, dated, and titled under the matt.
• Presented in a clear archival bag.
• Shipped via Priority Mail / First Class International in a sturdy box.

~•~ WHAT IS A MANDALA?

Mandala means “sacred circle”. Mandalas are symbols of balance, peace, harmony, and oneness. The shape of the mandala is a shape we naturally resonate with, and is inherent in nature, from the smallest scale to the largest. The mandala expresses itself in nature in snowflakes, flower blossoms, hurricane patterns, planetary orbits, and even the shape of the whole Milky Way Galaxy. Mandalas are used during meditation because gazing at them is said to help balance the hemispheres of the brain.

These mandalas look beautiful at large sizes. The details really come out and the intricacy of the designs is revealed. I also offer two larger sizes which are unmatted and printed in signed and numbered limited editions.
