REDUCED VINTAGE UGAGCO Basket from Japan 1940's or 50's

Cute little Ugagco basket from Japan adorned with roses and a child sitting on the edge.This piece is in mint condition.
It has lots of gold painting on it and no chips.
It is 5 1/2" long and 4 1/2" tall.
