Vintage 80s Flounced Neck Secretary Blouse- X-SML

Description

DESCRIPTION:

Teal and white print on satin with a burnt out sheer vertical stripe throughout. The high neck collar wraps around and buttons on one side. A long wide tie on the other side pulls though a loop creating a lovely floppy asymmetric detail. Covered button placket with small white pearl buttons. Gathers on both sides of the shoulder yoke. The sleeves have pleats and gathers at the shoulder and cuff. The original shoulder pads have been removed.
