1960s Fred Roberts Pedestal Bird Mug Cup Set

Although the stickers are no longer attached to these gorgeous pedestal mugs ~ they do reflect the Fred Roberts character and style which help me to identify them to appear Fred Roberts. On the bottom base of each mug are stamped “Made in Japan”. Featuring bold and vibrant graphics of six different birds in good vintage condition.

The colors remain bright even by wear for the last 40 or so years. They each have a brightly painted bird on each side of the mug. These colorful mugs each measures 5 3/8" tall and 3" wide across the flared top. These wonderful mugs are fit for a collector or simply a lover of birds. Other than the normal vintage usage, the yellow colored based mug does have a chip on the upper edge which I have indicated by photo. I have made an adjustment on the price due to this. There does exist some manufacturer’s flaws such as some minimal overspray.


Also please remember that color may not be precise in the pictures although I do my best to provide you a clear and accurate photo, but color appearances can sometimes be very misleading online. I pack very efficiently and secure but still I require that on breakable items, insurance is required and I also ship Priority.
