Medusa's original recipe Peking spare ribs are totally vegan! You will get 1 half pound of the Peking spare ribs priority shipped to you. The spare "ribs" are made of a vital wheat gluten/seitan product unlike any you've ever had before. Medusa's gluten is higher in protein and fiber as well as softer and tastier than any gluten/seitan out there. Try it ~ you'll agree!

Organic and locally grown ingredients are used as often as possible.

Ribs will arrive sealed in a food saver pouch and fully cooked. You simply open the pouch remove ribs and reheat. For best results cover with foil and reheat in the oven.

All of Medusa's products contain legumes, tree nuts and or nut oils.

All of Medusa's gluten products contain wheat, gluten free products will be added in the future.
