Married twice before meeting King Henry VIII, it was in the household of Henry's and Catherine of Aragon's daughter, Mary, that Katherine Parr caught the attention of the King. After the death of Katherine's second husband, Katherine had her eye on a Thomas Seymour Unfortunately, the king took a liking to her and she was obliged to accept his proposal instead.She then bcame Henry's sixth wife. She did marry a fourth time after Henry's death to Thomas Seymour, but alas, the marriage turned sour due to Thomas's apparent philanderings.

Katherine is resplendent in a cream and chocolate brown paisley gown with ivory accents. Her cloak is rich brown velvet with sections of leopard faux fur to set it off. Her faux fur collar sets off her neckline along with her gold chain necklace. Katherine's crowning touch is her velvet brown hood trimmed in ivory pearls and gold beads. She stands four and 1/2 inches tall- a must have addition to the Tudor fan collection!
