Simple Beanbag Games for the Early Grades

Oh, beanbag games. There really is no better way to get the blood moving in the morning than a few simple beanbag games. When you read through most curricula, it will talk about beanbag games, but rarely give you any. I guess most folks just assume you already know a store of beanbag games from your childhood and have been waiting with great anticipation to take them out and share with your children.

Well, if you’re like me, the only beanbag game you played was that Tic-Tac-Toss game. And maybe you used a beanbag to throw at your sister (not that I ever did, no ma’am).

So, what can you actually do with a beanbag? Turns out quite a bit. I’m sharing a few games my children and I played. These are things I actually did, not games I read about, heard about, or thought might work.
