Monogramming

Please contact us with monogramming information. We will need to know the color, the font, the fabric and the monogram, name or initial with name. If you would like a monogram please provide us with the child’s first, middle and last name and we will put it in the appropriate order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges because we simply could not reuse a customized product. Please double check your instructions to us with regard to color, font and spelling of the child’s name before you place your order. Once your order has been placed we cannot make any changes. If however, we make a mistake, we WILL make it right!

Shipping

Our shipping fees include delivery confirmation. The shipping fee for the first item is $3. If you are purchasing other items in the same transaction, your additional shipping fee will be $.50 for each additional insert that you purchase. Please let us know when you place your order if you will be placing additional orders at the same time. We are not responsible for items once they have been shipped.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct with Paypal. This is the address that we are given for shipping.
