100% cotton Indian block printed skirt made from fabrics that I have brought back from India over the past 8 years.
Comfortable pull on and non roll elastic waist which can be adjusted before sending. Please leave waist measurement or measurement at navel if you want to wear skirt lower.

Beautiful full twirly skirt is approximately 185-200"" around at the bottom and a generous 50+" at the first tier (at hip), but I can make larger or smaller, no problem there.
Free size to 22, but I can make smaller, or larger with your provided measurements.
length of 3 tier skirt approximately 33"-34"
