Porcelain Necklace - Cottage Garden Crescent - Sterling Silver Chain

Description

This porcelain pendant has been hand formed and sculpted from Royale Porcelain. The textured body has a variety of detailed flowers and been left unglazed which gives a wonderful surface and slight translucency. Each flower piece is made individually and as the mood takes me, so there will never be two the same. The piece has been finished with a sterling silver chain measuring 16inches (40cm) with a 2inch(5cm) extender chain. The last photo shows the piece being worn at 16inches.

This piece is highly textured and sculptural and measures 2 3/4inches/7 cm across with a depth of 3/8 inch/1cm. It is unglazed and initialed on the back with the batch number 002.

This pendant will delivered in a black gift box.

Totally unique and original, these pieces are based on my ceramic sculptures. I have been developing this technique for the past five years influenced by coral, geology and the inherent qualities of the clay itself.
