Blue Ice Pendant Necklace

Here is a fun bright necklace perfect for a party! Tie it short with a tank dress, tie it long with a turtle neck.

I made this after reading about Heather Powers (humblebeads) Fun with Focals Challenge.

One of the Challenges is to make a piece embellished with jump rings. I thought this would be a great opportunity to use some of my "standard size" cabochons

It is a really fun piece that swings with you. I added a fun wire ball at the bottom and more fun with beaded jump rings in between my handmade stoneware clay and recycled glass cabochons.

The focal measures around 3 1/2 inches 8.5cm and the top cabochon is around 1 1/2 inches 3.7cm. The focal hangs on a hand dyed silk cord and can be tied to suit your favorite length
