I sent one of these tray bird feeders to my mother in law, and she says the birds just love it! She fills it up every day, and when the birds aren't eating, they like to stand on the edge and sing.

Many birds love these cedar tray feeders, even larger ones like cardinals and band tailed pigeons.

Ground feeding birds like quail will feed from these if placed where they can be reached.

They come ready-to-hang from a garden hook or eve, fully assembled from eco-friendly and very durable clear grain cedar, with 2 foot long zinc plated chain. Weather resistant galvanized mesh floor for drainage, and galvanized steel frame.

Even the galvanized wire was reclaimed. It came from a suspended lighting project years ago.

It comes with a small bag of fresh black oil sunflower seeds, which many birds love. You can also fill this feeder with bits of fruit, or blanched peanuts.
