Cute small cupcake made from recycled and repurposed vintage chenille bedspreads from the 1940's and 1950's. The bottom half is slightly weighted and has lavender buds inside....it smells sweet like a real cake! It measures about 3 by 3 inches. Check my other listings for more whimsical birthday and tea party chenille sweets. The Crazy Cakes line of handmade goodies just celebrated it's fourth birthday.

No bedspreads were harmed in the making of this piece. I buy damaged spreads and use the good parts. I also sell antiques and specialize in vintage linens & pre 1950 fabrics so the good stuff goes out for sale at shows!

All Crazy Cakes are made from my own fresh baked hand drafted patterns. Beware of imposters.
