reel around the fountain sampler

Description

i've always loved the cheekiness of this line (from the song "reel around the fountain" by the smiths, in case you didnt know...) and thought that it would be just right for my attempt at a very traditional looking sampler with a twist.

the pattern is a chez-sucre-chez original based on traditional cross-stitch fonts and motifs.

white crossed-stitches on navy blue aida cloth fabric.

the finished piece is framed within a simple white 8.25 x 10.5 inch frame. i took the glass out because i like to see the texture of the stitches and the fabric, but i still have the glass, so if you would prefer, i could put it in there before shipping it to you. just let me know.

**please note -- this piece is now being stitched to order. please allow up to two weeks from time of order to ship date. (though i am usually a little more quick than that.)
