Organic French Pistachio Nougat (You Cut Your Own)

Our Pistachio Nougat is made in the French Style, which means it's softer than Italian Nougat (Torrone). We use only the best all natural ingredients. We use raw organic pistachios that we toast ourselves so that we can achieve the perfect flavor.

French Pistachio Nougat is soft and sweet with a delicious toasted pistachio accent. It will be love at first bite. Vous aimerez notre nougat.

Our top secret recipe is just the beginning. You will never find another French nougat like Have It Sweet's French nougat. We use only the finest all natural (usually organic) ingredients to guarantee that you are eating the very best. We are, as our slogan says, "Purveyors Of Confectionary Excellence".

We use local farm fresh cream and butter. All natural, non gmo corn syrup, organic cane sugar, organic vanilla, Callebaut Belgian Chocolate, perfectly toasted organic nuts, organic spices and extracts and unrefined salt. We are completely and utterly preservative free and 90% of our products are gluten free.

All of confections are made in small, two pound batches. They are cooked, hand-poured, hand cut, and hand wrapped. This is very labor intensive process. Your order will take between 7 to 15 business days to complete (not including shipping time).

You'll receive one full pound of Uncut French Pistachio Nougat. They are cut into (roughly) 1/4 pound logs and wrapped in parchment paper.
