Copper Baking Sheet

This is the wedding and shower gift you have been looking for. They are handmade in my Easley, SC shop and are stamped with my maker's mark "W". Constructed of solid copper, they will not warp under cooking conditions, nor will they ever rust. Our baking sheets distribute heat evenly and eliminate hot spots - the most common cause of burning. Copper distributes heat so evenly that you will never again have to worry about over-baked outsides and raw insides. Copper baking sheets work great for just about anything you need to bake: cookies, rolls, biscuits, warm up your pizza or even broil fish! Never polish, never pamper, simply rinse and dry or place in the dishwasher with your regular load. The brown patina that develops with use is normal, desirable, safe and provides an easy release surface. Try them; you'll love them! Size overall is 12.5 x 14.75 inches.
