Owl in Blue and Gold - one of a kind polymer clay necklace

Because of its handmade nature this necklace is an one of a kind.

Owl in Blue and Gold is a lovely pendant hanging on a coated metal wire necklace.

The pendant is handmade by me with polymer clay. The basecolor is a selfmixed light blue. And after I made the imprint I covered the pendant with metallic gold powder. Which gives the higher parts a lushes shine which changes depending how the light hits it.

The imprint is one of an owl. The pendant is varnished to make it waterproof and shiny/ glossy.

The shape is somewhat round/ oval. I didn't want to make my pendant to cleanshaped. And it is hanging with a silvertone metal bail.

Size of the pendant without the bail:
3.8 cm - 1.5 inch
3.8 cm - 1.5 inch

The necklace is stainless steel wire which is coated with nylon. It closes with a screw clasp. It is approx 1 mm in diameter (0.04 inches) and the length is 18 inches or 45 cm.

If you don't want this necklace for the pendant to go on you can always choose for a 1/4 inch (0.06 cm) ribbon of 1 m - 39 inches in length. You can mention this in message to seller. Available colors of the ribbon are: black, white, offwhite (ivory, cream) or a matching color.

You can also choose: a silvertone metal ball chain of 50 cm - 19.7 inches long. But you can choose your own length! If you want a shorter or longer one just mention it in message to seller. (The longest chain for the same price is 1m - 3 feet/ 39 inches)
