Let these beautiful burnouts bring holiday cheer and style into your home.

I love Christmas lights for two reasons, 1.) they're colorful and 2.) they light up. But what happens when they stop lighting up? They're certainly still colorful, right? Unfortunately they're often cast off into the garbage for failing to perform the task they were created for. I, however, am still hung up on the fact that they're so colorful. To me they still work, they're still festive. And so, I've come up with a little way to reincarnate these burnout lights into something that will carry on the holiday spirit, Christmas Light Urchins.

Each Urchin is made with a variety of large, vintage, colored Christmas lights, long since burnt out. A few of the bulbs may have a little color rubbing off from years of use, but that seems to make them more authentic. All are secured together with glue. Each Urchin measures approximately 7" across. Sold individually.

Use one in a candlescape, as a fun centerpiece for your holiday gatherings or tuck a few here and there in your Christmas tree as ornaments.

Note: Don't be deceived, these really are burned out bulbs, they won't light up.
