The Letter X
Description
This is a block featuring the letter X--the sign for K in American Sign Language (ASL) and then the letter "X" printed in red. Taken from my ASL screenprint. It's printed then dyed with tea and adhered to the painted red wood block, then finished with a layer of beeswax and resin. This one measures approximately 2" X 2 1/4" and is about 3/4" deep. There is hanging hardware on back or it perches nicely. FYI as I list more ASL blocks, sizes do vary with the shape of the hands/letters and availability of wood blocks.Added on Nov 03, 2009
