Vintage Original Boat Watercolor (Signed Andrus) Framed

This is a beautiful original watercolor painting of an old fishing boat that has been beached. The background consists of salt and marsh grasses and trees (both lush green ones and bare branched). The painting is signed "ANDRUS". I did some research and found a watercolor artist named Steve Andrus who is an avid sailor and specializes in boat paintings. Andrus lives in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and owns a Gallery in Manteo, where he sells his paintings. I compared the signature on this painting to a painting on his website, and it does match. So I do believe this is a Steve Andrus original. The painting measures approximately 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", and the framed work measures 12 1/4" x 9 1/4". The silver metal frame has some scuffs, but the gray mat and the painting are in excellent condition. There isn't a picture wire on the back, so the new owner will need to add one or place the painting on a shelf or bookcase. My pics don't do this beautiful painting justice, as the glare of the glass made it difficult to photograph. The colors are nice and bright, and the details are just beautiful. There is even a tiny bird in the sky.
