I love the look of oxidized silver and the organic nature of the smooth stones paired together. I've been a rock collector for as long as I can remember. I know too, that there are many of you out there, combing the beach, the river bed, or even the city pavement for one of nature's treasures. I've carefully wire wrapped beach stone in sterling silver wire and paired them with some wonderful hammered chain for this 32 inch necklace. A hand forged hook-style closure enables some flexibility on how this piece can be worn. The beautiful "serenity" bead is by artist Diane Hawkey. When I saw this pebble-like bead, I knew it would pair wonderfully with the resin bird pendant I had just finished up. All of the sterling silver wire and chain has been put through one of my patina processes and finished by hand. This extra attention to detail adds to the depth and character of these one of a kind silver treasures. Thanks-amanda
