Recycled circuit boards decorate a vintage black metal business card holder.
I have started with a recycled black metal business card holder, that like the base for my new funky recycled circuit board bookends,came from an old factory in Brooklyn from the 1940's.

Ivory creme colored and silver recycled circuit boards, which have been cut into unusual complimentary geometric shapes,have been added. In addition, a black and gold polka dotted circuit board has been cut in a hexagonal shape for additional texture and interest.
Vintage brass and steel from a scrap metal facility add additional interest as well as brass stampings from an old jewelry factory that went out of business in the 1970's.
This isn't just a business card holder but also a substantial eclectic paperweight!

This business card holder measures 2 1/4" by 3 3/4" by 1/2" thick and will definitely do the job of holding down papers on your desk while storing your business cards inside.

For anyone who is into making this world a greener place in which to live and who appreciates eclectic mixed media office products, this would be a very funky gift!

People will definitely do a double take when they realize it is covered both inside and out with recycled circuit boards!
