I carefully handform these out of delicate 22 gauge solid 14k yellow or white gold wire and file the ends.

These thread through the inside wall of your nostril all the way back round to the inside. It looks like a complete ring, but it's much easier to work with, take in and take out.

Alternatively, as a pinch ring, it'd be great for ones without holes, who want to get a little edgy for a night out!
