White Lace hand stitched to base with Vintage brooch component and Coque and Ostrich feathers.White Lace is hand stitched in a circular pattern to form a LACEY flower.
Showcased in the center is a Vintage brooch component.
I added Cream Coque feathers and white Ostrich feathers for a delicate movement.
A metal hair clip is secured to the back.
Width of the LACEY Fascinator is 4 inches.
Width of Vintage component is 3/4 inch.
