roving - gumball (alpaca/silk blend)

Description

A wonderful and unusual combination of colors can be seen in this fiber. This roving started out as a fawn colored alpaca (70%) and white tussah silk (30%) It was then dyed with one of my special color ways . The white silk takes the dye very strongly and gives the fiber great luster and shine while the brown alpaca lends it an earthy overtone. A great spin for sure! ***2 oz per bundle at $11.00***
