It took a while but it was worth the wait! Gale’s Art is now dyeing up a fantastic sock yarn. Yes, sock knitters, we are now offering a 4 ply fingering weight yarn that knits up with “superior stitch definition“.This yarn is 90% super wash wool and 10% Nylon which makes it washable and strong. Best of all, it is dyed by Gale! :>)
Every bundle has approx 450 yards / 3.7 oz which should be enough for two socks (unless you have feet like Bozo the Clown). Suggested needle size is 1 or 2 US with a gauge of 7-8 sts/inch. ****the last picture is of my sock project to show stitches and scale of yarn******
