We're bringing back by popular demand our TOG 1 pound tester mold. We are using the new mold design and new liner system, the TOG Uniliner Open End System. The first liner comes with the mold. You might not ever need another liner for this mold, they are that tough! but, if you do need another liner, we are going to offer this liner, like all our liners, at cost to you. yes, what the liner costs us to make, box and ship to you is what we will charge. Currently, if you live in the 48 contiguous United States, a replacement liner is $12.85. This price includes the liner, packaging, and shipping costs. This is our commitment to bring you honest prices on fantastic wood high quality soap molds.

This mold produces 5 one inch thick bars of soap. We call it "The Pounder" because it uses 16 ounces of oils to make a full batch.

The mold has the following inside measurements;

Length..........5 inches
Width...........3-1/2 inches
Depth...........2-3/4 inches

Will produce 5 one inch thick bars that weigh 4 ounces after a good cure.

As pictured, we like all our TOG Molds, include a perfect fitting top for the mold. The liner material is EVA foam with a heated pressure pressed silicone injection on the inside of the liner. This system makes the liner slick at the same time closing the cells and making the EVA foam hard and easy to release the soap from. You can open the removable side piece by pulling out 4 wood dowels, and the liner and soap will slip right out. Turn the soap and liner over, pull the end flaps away from the log, pull the sides away from the side of the log, and the liner pops right off! just clean under warm water with gentile scrubbing action and let dry. Never submerge the TOG "Pounder" in water as the wood will swell and the wood dowels will be hard to insert again without redrilling.
