Shipping: If you have a deadline to meet, please contact me before you order to see if I can accommodate your requirements, as orders are mailed within 7 days. I will email a shipping notice after your items have been sent.

If you are ordering more than 2 strands of large stones – large rondelles, large nuggets, large flat stones – please contact me when you have finished shopping before you pay – I will adjust shipping for you & may be able to save you $$ on shipping.

Within the US: Shipped via First Class Parcel with Delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional.

Outside US: Shipped via International First Class mail. Insurance and certificate of mailing optional and available.

Shipping costs for multiple items are estimated. If charges do not cover actual costs, buyer will be invoiced and charged the additional cost for shipping.

Returns of unused items in original condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt, but contact me first - I need to know it's on the way! There is a 15% restocking fee for returns of wire. Returns of opened wire or items on special are not accepted. Postage is not refundable.
