Lotus Flower Ceramic Necklace in Blue and White

Description

This is a unique hand-formed and hand painted ceramic lotus flower necklace made by Surly Amy at Surly Ramics. This necklace has one of our small size pendants.

The Lotus flower has many strong and positive symbolic meanings associated with it and is popular in Asian custom and also in the modern tattoo culture.

The sacred Lotus is an extremely important spiritual symbol in Eastern religions. It represents purity, divine wisdom, and the individual's progress from the lowest to the highest state of consciousness.

Lotus Flowers grow out of mud and in dark murky ponds and bloom, exposing their clean, vibrant and colorful petals to the sun. The lotus flower for this reason has become a modern symbol of overcoming problems, realization and positive growth.

The necklace is painted in a beautiful blue and white glaze created by melting recycled glass with black and white details.

I have posted a few photos of one of my models the always beautiful, Surly Cara wearing a similar pendant so you can get a feel for how cool this will look on.

We stamp every piece on the back for authenticity so you know you're getting an original, high quality, artist made, Surly Ramics design.

The ceramic pendant is approx. 1.75" in diameter and has an 18" super soft black faux suede cord. ****************I will be happy to add a longer cord if you let me know via message to seller during checkout. Please let me know if you want the cord to be 20", 22", 24" or 26". :)******************

•We offer sparkly sterling silver chains as an option for our pendants. The silver chains start at $18 for an 18" chain and I can add them to any of the listings if you convo me or you can simply go to the silver chain section in my shop and purchase one separately. If you buy a chain I will still include the black cord with the pendant as well in case you want to switch back and forth. •



I ship almost everything priority mail so you should get the necklace in 2 to 4 business days after payment clears (if you are in the USA.)

The necklace comes packed in a pretty little black box and is perfect for gift giving. (even if the gift is for you!)
