My daughter loves twirling in her tops, but now that the weather is getting cooler, how cute are twirly skirts...paired with boots??

Darling little turquoise polka dotted skirt, made with yummy designer and Japanses import fabrics. Front is embellished with a ruffle trimmed Matryoshka {Russian Nesting Dolls} "apron".

This skirt is ready to ship and is a size 6, but with stretch...

*unstretched, measures 9.25 inches across (18.5 inches around).

*stretched fully, measures 14 inches across (28 inches around)

Length is 14 inches from waist to bottom hem.
