Winter Santa Fe Sunrise Jumble Lampwork Beads by Ellen Dooley

I have been making jewelry components for some friends making altered jewelry and decided to include some of those sorts of sampler sets here.
We don't get many great sunrises or sunsets here in the Northwest!
This grouping was inspired by the early morning sunrises in the Southwest..Twelve each in a fossil-like dark ivory and twelve in deep ebony, all wrapped with pure silver droplets

The beads in the center are the sunrise beads..layered amber a silvery canyon color, an abstract golden leopard, luscious pink and turquoise of the Southwest. Etching some of them gives them a beach-washed look and soft, velvety feel.

An eclectic group with lots of design possibilities...
Thes black and ivory beads average 5.75 x 11.5 (the ivory beads are slightly larger than the ebony) and the slender discs in the center average6 x 14mm.
There are thirty lampwork beads in all, seven and one half inches of beads. All are made on 3/32 mandrels.
