Have you always loved the rich green of an emerald? I know that I have, but the cost of an emerald is more than a diamond! Consider instead the lovely Chrome Diopside. It is a beautifully rich natural green gemstone that has been saddled with an unattractive name. They are mostly mined in Siberia and I believe will become harder and harder to get. They are growing in popularity as people become aware of their stunning green color and elegant beauty. This one is a 6x4mm oval that is .45carats.

The sterling silver ring is handmade. The band wraps around your finger almost like a ribbon around a package. Three flat silver disk ride between the narrow bands across the palm side of the ring. Life is too short to wear ordinary jewelry!

This ring is a size 6.5.
